Hi! My name is Dave! I’m a New Yorker born and raised. I went to Bronx Science for HS and NYU for my BS (’98 Finance/IS). While I haven’t lived outside of New York, I do love to travel!

I’m a freelance project manager/technical architecht/developer/all ’round techie. My company, UDFI, LLC (Usability Design Focus Innovation) has consulted with several companies including Adobe, Inc., NYU, Targetspot, Heavy, The Chopping Block, Big Rig Creative and Debtresolve. I closed up shop about half a year ago to focus on delivering products instead of services. However, I still do freelance work to pay the bills (so feel free to email me if you need some work done!).

My primary focus right now is developing and getting funding for my new business venture called Walk The Show. It’s a new business to business community model ( b2b 2.0!!! ) focused on facilitating communications between wholesale buyers and sellers in the apparel space. I don’t have anything to show currently, but if you’re interested in hearing more about it, shoot me an email.

In my spare time I futz around primarily with technical stuff (ie. facebook, learning how to implement collaborative filtering, learning python, Flex, etc.), listening to MIT courses, entreprenurial Podcasts (VentureCast, Entreprenurial Thoughts, Ed. If i’m not feeling lazy, I’ll go practice BJJ at my school BlitzCenter or snowboarding in VT.
